NOT SO SLEEPLESS IN SEATTLE- WEEKEND AT HOTEL ANDRA

So I recently did something that Iv’e wanted to do for a very long time! I took a weekend trip to the beautiful city of Seattle! It’s nothing like hopping on a plane and skipping town with some friends for a weekend of good times. For me, Seattle offers the perfect contrast to the hustle and bustle of Los Angeles and it was just what I needed at the perfect time.

I partnered with the amazing Hotel Andra located in the heart of downtown Seattle and enjoyed a weekend of relaxation and luxury. The hotel was beyond beautiful and the location is walking distance to Pike Place Market, and all of the delicious restaurants located downtown. I arrived to Hotel Andra on Saturday and received the warmest welcome upon checking into my room. Then it was off to explore the city to search for a good brunch spot that served Mimosas. We ended up at Bacco Cafe, a little hip but cozy brunch spot right off of Pine St, and boy was it delicious. I ordered the Dungeness Crab Omelette and a mimosa of course. It was here that I first encountered the Seattle potato trend- everywhere you go they serve you lots of smashed potatoes! Were talking potatos that have been deep fried, smashed, and are served as a side with just about every dish in Seattle. After brunch we finished off the day exploring the historic Pike Place Market and all that it has to offer.

Fall was definitely in full force in Seattle. Everywhere you turned looked like a picture from a post card. The trees and leaves bursting with color, the perfect weather, and not to mention we arrived on Halloween weekend. The weekend was well spent and full of good food, tailgating with the local Seahawks fans on gameday, bar hopping in celebration of halloween, and enjoying the ambiance that Hotel Andra has to offer.
